Proposed UPWP Amendment Two

One addendum to an existing project and one adjustment to another project has been proposed to the Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP), which includes plans and programs OTO will undertake during the fiscal year.

 The OTO is proposing Amendment Two to the FY 2018 UPWP to include:

  • An addendum for $25,000 to the Regional Trail Study. The original study did not include the City of Nixa. The City of Nixa is requesting OTO exercise the option to add an addendum to the previous study.
  • The joint purchase of aerial photography will be moved forward to the next annual budget and paid after July 1, 2018. The OTO will still be contributing $25,000 to the aerial photography project but this action will not increase the budget for the fiscal year 2018.

The public comment period will begin on February 1, 2018 and end at noon on February 15, 2018.  After reviewing recommendations and public comments, the OTO Board of Directors will decide whether to formally adopt the amendment at its regularly scheduled meeting on February 15, 2018, at noon, at 2208 W.
