You are invited to review and comment on alignments for regional greenway connections at two upcoming community workshops in Springfield and Republic on June 21 and 22. The Ozarks Transportation Organization has been working to refine trail alignments to connect Springfield to surrounding communities with greenway trails. Approximately 75 miles of potential regional trails are being evaluated. We would appreciate it if you could take time during the evening of Wednesday, June 21 or Thursday, June 22 to stop by to learn about this project and let us know what you think of our progress.

These workshops will provide you the opportunity to review the various routes we have considered for each trail and review some initial cost estimates for the preferred alignment of each trail. The preferred alignments can be viewed at http://ototrailstudy.com/pdf/oto_preferred_alignments_draft.pdf. We have scheduled two opportunities for you to be involved.
